Dead Remote Control

Watching tv and suddenly sound went off and remote control stopped working completely, doesn't change channel or anything. How do we resolve this?

If this does not help, you can order a replacement remote online as described on step 5 of the above article.

Hi, could be the puck or remote.

Give the puck a power reset.

You can download the sky remote app to your phone. Then your phone can act as the remote.
