Been sent some packaging to return a puck that I never had!

send the packaging back. Their system will then show it returned.

They made me return my puck that I had purchased outright and still charged me £50 for a replacemnet, which acoording to their web site, also says I own!

I don't work for sky, receive any gratuities or discounts. They do however pay me in badges 🐵
