DPD issues

I got text from DPD today and made sure I was back home in time to sign for delivery  When I got home 5 minutes before hour time slot began he had already been and left a card. I spoke to the DPD helpdesk and told them I could not be at home to take re delivery any day this week through the day as I am working. The man with poor grasp of English just kept saying 'we deliver tomorrow we deliver tomorrow'  I then rang the curry's help desk who told me the puck can only be delivered to my home address through the day by DPD.  Can it be delivered elsewhere or do I cancel my contract??

You can request weekend delivery at extra cost to you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
