Crashing

I installed Sky stream yesterday and over the course of the day it crashed about 5 times. This usually happened when I was in the guide and trying to start a program.  This morning it has happened already.

Is there a fix for this or do I have a dodgy box?

Thanks

Hi @AnneMarie651

Canyou provide a bit more details about your setup as it should help with the advice the community can provide. Is your puck connected to the internet via Wifi or an ethernet cable? Is the stream puck out in the open, i.e its not hidden behind the TV or on an enclosed shelf of a relatively thick TV stand/unit/

Also If you open Netflix on the puck and go to Get Help -> Check Network, it will run a diagnostic and tell you what download speed the puck is getting
