Continuous tech fault
I have been trying for days to watch sky Atlantic. I have sky stream not sky Q.
In the midst of watching it stops and says tech error try again later.
I turn the router off wait then turn it on again. Appears to work, then 20mins later same thing happens tech error.
Really fed up because spending more time turning off and on than watching Sky TV.
Dont know what I'm paying for.

Thisnseemsnto be a common issue accross some users at the moment ..... sky have been notified
temp fix is to restart the puck
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

As mentioned above.
As seen on this community, some customers were recently getting a 'technical message', that from recent updates and changes now seems resolved.
If you have not done so already would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
