Re: Continue Watching issue
Having same issue that appears to be months old, on multiple pucks and playlists. Obviously sky will not be fixing this software fault - and it is not requiring puck or router resets. Can sky give people discounts on the large fees do you think? We are back to using paper to wrote down programs and episodes, as playlists are unreliable.
Sky - please don't ask me to give you lots of details etc. - it isn't working with other people and it is unreasonable for sky to always ask long questions when by now they know all bout this problem.
Lookng forward to the end of my (sadly recent) contract.

Re: Continue Watching issue
Another voice on this one here too. Happened last night, both Stream puck and Glass Air TV showing the same Playlists, but with over 50% of our programmes missing.
They've also decided to pick up some weird random series connections too - such as Rooster is now showing an episode, in the list, of a different series called Roosters. However it actually plays the correct programme. There are also a few other glitches coinciding with these faults at the same time.
Tried restarting both, but no difference.
It seems to be a very fragile system.

Re: Continue Watching issue
Same here, have reported to viewerr@sky.uk
Do sky have any idea how much domestic strife this is causing?
I don't think it unreasonable to expect some financial compensation for this. 🤬

Re: Continue Watching issue
I have discovered something though. If I go down to the Manage All item in the main playlist tab, all of the programmes are still listed there. They are all linked to each user OK, and showing as Added if you select a programme. At least you can find programmes you were watching - even if it's a less convenient way.

Re: Continue Watching issue
95% of my playlist missing in glass this morning.
As others have said there's a live programme I've playlisted and it shows as added but not accessible on playlist.

If you scroll down to Manage All on your playlist, it should be accessible.

Re: Continue Watching issue
I get that you can find playlisted programs under Manage All, but like (I suspect) many people I rely on Continue Watching. Any bright ideas for recovering these?

You have to wait for Sky to fix whatever the issue is.
The Manage All option or doing a voice search for the programme is a workaround though, as if you can access the show's page it is still tracking watching history and whatever your next episode is.

Programs on Playlist Disappearing
This morning, loads of shows from my playlist have disappeared. Random ones like Corrie, MAFS, Missed Call, so from different channels. There’s only these 4 showing on there now. I’ve tried turning it off at the wall, waiting then back on again and resetting my wifi but that’s not worked…has anyone else had this issue today?

Re: Continue Watching issue
After speaking to the "ai agent" 4 different people on the chat, and eventually finding the number for customer support.
im told it seems to be a server issue and I'm getting a call back on Monday.
certain shows also show up unavailable and my voice to search doesn't work
