Adding sky home to my order

I have just switched bak to sky from Virgin.

I have ordered everything but didn't add multi room or sky home as it's now called.

I have spent too long trying to add this.

Can i not add it because my package isn't active yet?

@68jackh  You will need to wait until you have setup everything from your original order before adding whole home to your account 

note that if you want additional pucks you will need to specify the number required when adding whole home

It's called Whole Home. You probably won't be able to add it until your first puck is received and activated. Remember to order the number of pucks you require at the same time - the first additional puck usually comes free with the Whole Home sub, but additional ones have a £39.95 'activation fee' for each puck.

You can't add anything on once the order has been placed. Once your puck arrives and is activated, you will then be able to order more pucks and add on whole home @68jackh

Best to try the service first before you order extra pucks in case you don't find the service suits your needs.
