Constant glitching

We’ve only had Sky Stream for a couple of days and we’re already running into constant issues. The screen regularly: - flashes white, - goes grey, - displays “programme loading” or fault messages, - and sometimes won’t let us pause or rewind properly. We’ve already tried: - changing the HDMI cable, - moving the puck, - rebooting everything, - and testing different positions/setups. We’ve never had these kinds of problems with our cheap fire stick on the same TV and internet connection. At the moment it just feels really unreliable for day-to-day viewing. Has anyone else had similar issues and found a proper fix? Or is this just what sky stream is like?
