Assuming you have Sky Stream and are talking abiut a Sky Stream puck.
Try re pairing your Sky Stream remote.
On your Sky remote:
- Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
- Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
- Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
