Can’t access Discovery plus on Sky stream essentials package

We have recently changed to essentials package on sky stream and can't access Discovery plus (basic) on the TV or via apps on mobiles

When you change it may have stopped your subscription. You may need to go through the steps again here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
