Sky Puck Crashing

I have two Sky pucks, one located in my lounge and the other situated upstairs in my bedroom. I am only able to access Netflix upstairs; if I attempt to use any other application, it crashes immediately. The moment I initiate a search for anything, it fails without displaying any error message, resulting in a crash. Consequently, I am required to unplug the device and reconnect it to restore functionality.

Have you checked the broadband speed the puck is receiving? To do this, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. What speed is reported?
