Hi I've recently moved over to sky stream and encountering problems with the network connection.
Everytime I turn on my Puck it takes a few mins to connect to my WiFi and Internet. Is this issue unique to me? It's quite frustrating so I was wondering if it was an issue with my Puck. My broadband speed is quick and it's located in the same room as the router. Grateful for any responses, thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jonny001 Have a look at your Settings > Start up & Standby menu and check the Networked Standby mode it is turned ON. This stops the puck losing the network connection when it goes into standby. I also turned off the overnight power savings.
This resolved a similar problem for me 😀
