Connection Issue on Ethernet and WIFI

Recently upgraded my broadband, and since my Sky Puck will not go online with it, I factory reset it and now can't set up due to no internet. 

I tried both ethernet and wifi and both same issue not connection "We can't connect to your internet." My internet is working perfectly fine on all over devices.

Reboot your router to see if that fixes it @FluffyFox
