Pixilated picture ans circle of doom

Since changing to Sky ( from.Virgin who we thought had **bleep** Internet) we have had problems with pixilated picture on the tv plugged into the sky puck when watching sky and the circle of doom appearing on the tv upstairs when watching using the firestick. When looking at my phone ans account all devices are good....all connections are good.... any suggestions? Thanks

If your getting problems on the Firestick then I'm afraid Stream isn't for you. Stream needs a strong stable connection, minimum speed of 25mbps. You can check the speed your puck is receiving by opening Netflix (on your puck), going into the help section, and check network.
