Compensation

Can I claim compensation after being on my mobile phone for 2hours to sky tv customer service?

I had an issue with my broadband connection, spoke to 4 different people after being continuously connected and disconnected.

Eventually I got my broadband connection back!

any compensation due for no broadband is only payable if no service for 2 consecutive days so again no

@Hooky Did you have to pay for the call or was it free as part of your data package? If it was free, I doubt you'll get anything.
