Now that Sky claim to have fixed the lip synching problem on Sky Stream - are users going to be compensated for putting up with this annoying fault for months?

I contacted Sky regarding this for the audio issues and the pixelation issues on every channel, they wanted to give me one month free but I've declined
I'm wanting all five months service cost refunded and my contract cancelled without penalty
I know I can leave the contract penalty free anyway so that's no issue but I'm currently in contact with Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
I've pointed them to the 46 page thread discussing Sky's incompetence and expect full compensation soon
