I can no longer receive Dicovery. It keeps asking me to upgrade my pass. My sky stream contract already includes Discovery.

If you have just moved to Stream from Q you need to reactivate your subscription as per these instructions: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus
If you have been watching on stream previously, is the subscription showing in Sky marketplace?
