Movies are just showing advertisements

I have recently had my bb changed to talktalk everything was up and running fine now all of a sudden when I go to the movie channels either the wrong film is playing or its constantly playing advertisements 

 

Any help to fix this

Sky have reported there is a problem with Sky Cinema.
