Check subscription message

For some reason my sky stream has recently popped up asking me to check or upgrade my subscription when trying to watch sky cinema. The issue lies in the fact that I already have a sky cinema subscription. What can I do to resolve this?

Do you have the UHD subscription and if not are you trying to view an UHD movie @Shanesmith

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
