So we just got Sky Stream today and I've got everything working except one thing. My wife likes to use the remote to type in the channel number for her favourite channels. Yet no matter which channel number we try it's coming up with 'channel not available' even though we can go on access them by using the TV guide.
Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

The remote does that fine, when you are viewing a live channel, entering 101+or your favourite set channel numbers 1-49.
Plus you can saying a channel number or name using their remote voice, when scrolling through the the Sky Stream menus and from within most apps.
If it's not working when viewing another live channel, try a restart of the Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

@Badbones First thing to try is an unplug and restart. This often resolves minor issues.
