My sky stream puck isn’t working neither is the remote.

My sky stream device has stopped working. All I get is the hdmi icon flashing at the top left of the tv screen. The remote doesn't help. I've tried rebooting the internet, changing batteries, moving to a different hdmi port. It's still not working. I need a new sky streaming box puck and remote

Then you'll need to ring Sky for help if that doesn't work. We are fellow customers on here and Sky can't identify you from a forum post.
