Sky stream puck not connecting

Got the following error message: 

Let's get connected

we can't connect to your internet

✔️connection to broadband router

X connection to internet

My Internet is newly set up and seems to be working fine on my phone...

@Joy35 Have you tried restarting your router and puck?

Either way, if your router is near the Puck most would recommend using an ethernet cable to connect. It gives a more stable connection and doesn't get the interference that WiFi is prone to. If connected via ethernet turn off WiFi in the Settings.
