Channel on stream playing up
My channels are not working on my sky stream work then go off

Hi @Paula-76
Thisnis usually a sign of poor connectivity between the puck and your router or insufficient broadband speed. Are you able to confirm your broadband speed and what your puck is receiving?
You can do this latter by opening netflix > going to the left hand menu > get help? > Connectivity check
I would try this a few times and take an average but for reference Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
