Randomly shuts off, will not turn it on with remote or button. have to unplug it, plug it back in

I got my Puck today and have had nothing but issue with it,

Constant Shut off and will not power back up.

unplug and plug back in and then hold power button underneath for around 60 second but getting a responce from the Puck.

In Netflix it locks up the device and has to be unpluged to get it off screen, because nothing happen with remote or power button underneath.

I have Changed the setting for the Puck to stand connected in standby mode and overnight energy saving mode is off, but still no joy.

Can someone please advise to this, because if it doen't have a solution i will have to return it however i an trying to give it a fare shot first, and i feel like if it can be sorted it would be great.
