Channel 922 (SS UHD Live Sync) Picture Break Up/Stammering

It's terrible service today with the picture

When will Sky do way more than what they are doing. They need to take more ownership with this issue on the latency channel.

It's nothing to do with our settings but the puck

@Super+Anthony  Sky Monitor all their output, as you seem to be the only one experiencing this isue, you need to call Sky and log this and give the exact times it's happening, they can log at the logs for your account to see if there is any packet loss.

PS This was raised to Sky on a recent visit and they have advised anyone to call in so they can check the logs for your setup, or anyone else.

Unless others start reporting the same issue you would need to speak to Sky to log it.

Re: Channel 922 awful

@GD1 Once again its nothing to do with my broadband. Its Sky who need to do more ownership and realise that me and many others are suffering. I know quite a few others who having the same issue

@Super+Anthony  You need to follow the advise posted there is nothing we can do.

Yours is the only post so far, and as advised Sky monitor the output of their channels and would know about any issues before you are I are even aware.

Unless you call them they won't be able to help or check your puck,  posting here isn't raising it to Sky as they won't see your post or know who you are in any case.

If more people start reporting the issue tonight we'll log it on the closed commmunity.

@Super+Anthony It would be worth you asking them to also follow the advice @GD1 has given.

Re: Channel 922 awful

I remember in the past when few people reported pixelation issues with stream [removed] and eventually sky had acknowledged and fixed the issue
