Channel 5 App

Does anyone else have a problem the Channel 5 app. Every time we open up the app and load a programme it plays and then just buffers and we have to come out of the app. Doesn't do it on any of the other apps.

The channel 5 app can be problematic and is probably the worst app, well alongside Prime on the Sky platform. 

Try refreshing your apps in the settings menu also unplug the puck from the mains for a few moments and reboot your router, power the puck up and hopefully it will be more stable. Doing this will clear the cache.
