Netflix issue

I have just tried to turn my netflix on. I am getting a message... Profile lock on. I never put a lock on it. I would very much like to watch netflix. How can I fix this problem please

Not sure why you are seeing a profile lock, if you think you may not have created one or created one accidentally.

 

But go here and follow the advice for remove the profile lock pin under the Web browser section.
