Channel 4 app not working

Anyone know why my channel 4 app isn't working on sky stream? I've done all the resests, taken off BB shield and it still won't load. It's been 2 days.

I got the same problem. Tried the full factory reset and still doesn't work. All I get is the flashing 4 symbol. I have 3 other pucks connected in different rooms and the channel 4 app works on all these fine.

Spent a while on phone to sky, did all the checks and she's sent it to the tech team! Hopefully will be resolved soon???!!!

Same issue, completed resets, basic usual IT suggestions but haven't been able to access it since last Thursday. Baffled as to why - have rang SKY but after an hour of them not picking up, I gave up!

There can be an issue on the Sky server the Puck is connected to ... rather than the Puck ... you are dependent on that issue being fixed by Sky😟
