Change region

I moved from Hereford with Wedt Midlands news and I am now living in London. My address has changed but the puck has not?

You will need to ring sky and they will need to raise a case with a back office team to resolve.

I rang Sky who talked me through how to change region and it had not worked. Very frustrating.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
