I am new to Stream and have Netflix as part of my package , however when I try to sign in to Netflix with my email it says not recognised. Any ideas of how I can sort this out please?

many thanks for the link, I have tried what they suggest but still unable to get access to Netlix. I have just signed up to register for Netflix through their app but still when I I try to do it on my Sky Stream it just says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later" Any ideas
