Cannot watch my playlist

I cannot seem to view emmerdale or coronation street on my playlist. The screen is just black. Iv turned my tv on and off at the wall but still nothing. What can I do?

As you mention playlist, please let us know what system you have - SKY Glass Tv or SKY Stream ?

I had the same issues with ITVX today. Rebooting the puck solved it for me.

No one from Sky will be able to help on here and this is a forum of other Sky customers.

 

The 2 things to try when apps have issues like this is firstly a reboot:

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

 

Then if that doesn't solve the issue try an app refresh:

 

Go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.
