Cannot set up puck as remote input not recognised.

I took delivery of my new Sky Glass this morning and a new puck for my bedroom.

When i went to set the puck up it doesnt recognise the input from the remote so i cannot go through the setup process.

Is there a pairing process that needs to happen.

I couldnt see anything in the documentation.

Thanks

Hi @MDooler

The set up should guide your through pairing. Is the back light on the remote illuminating? It could be that a bit of the paper tab has stuck. Take the back off and check.

You can try unpairing and repair as per this article:  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

Hi @MDooler

As the puck is loaned to you, Sky will provide a replacement if you speak to customer services or there is an online form: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
