Sky stream loads the Apple TV+ app and I can manoeuvre round within the app.
when I select a program however it starts to load and then almost immediately just chucks me out and turns off the stream puck.
I have to reset the puck and turn power off and on to get back in.
I am connected by Ethernet.
Apple TV works fine through Fire stick connected wirelessly. !

The problem has now extended to Amazon Prime Video.
App loads. Program selected ( in this instance Reacher) and pick crashes / turns off. Leaving TV saying please select an input source. Only rebooting pick will get Sky Home Screen back.

wifi definitely off under Sky Netork advanced settings

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

Have tried previously with Apple TV issue but not again with more recent Prime Video fault. Will try again and wait 3 days.......,,

Was this issue ever resolved? I recently got the streaming puck for upstairs, I already have sky glass downstairs and have had nothing but problems with it. Can't access Apple tv+, all my programmes are not in my plalist, mainly ITV ones and if I search for a programme for example Coronation Street it says there are currently no programmes of this type available. I have tried the app refresh twice now and there is no difference.

Have you tried a reboot? Turn the Glass TV and the puck off at the wall for at least ten minutes then power back on. This can sometimes clear glitches, albeit temporarily.
Beyond that I can't suggest anything I'm afraid. I gave up with mine and cancelled because little annoying issues like this just kept recurring.

you are best off phoning Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

This is unresolved. Apple TV worked for a couple of weeks without my intervention and then stopped again without apparent cause.
I'll call Sky.

I have recently activated a free Apple plus subscription from my bank.
I have logged on to apple tv on my Sky stream service which is connected to a Sony OLED tv via a high quality HDMI cable.
I can open the Apple app and play the trailers for any programme. However when I select an episode the programme starts to load then I get a message on the tv saying that there is no
input and the screen remains blank. This also locks the Stream box and I have to reboot it.
I have updated all the apps,, reset the Stream box and logged out and back into my Apple account on Sky. I have also tried SD playback and restarted the BT modem which works perfectly on everything else.
The App +tv works perfectly on my iMac and I Pad so it is not an account related issue?
I managed a chat conversation with Apple and they think it is a Sky issue.
Anybody got any ideas

Ive given up trying to run Apple TV through sky stream and switch across to my Firestick for Apple TV only. Everything else runs fine through Sky Stream
