The Apple TV loads on Sky Stream, you can search and select a program but as soon as you launch it the spinning symbol comes up and the screen goes blank. The HDMI channel has no output and the Sky Puck locks up so badly that you have to switch off at the mains and switch on again.
Reloading the OS on the puck (holding the underside button until the lights flash) did not resolve the issue.
Sky support blamed the Ethernet and then the WiFi without any real evidence.
After much testing I found that my issue was caused by the default picture setting resolution on the SkyPuck at 2160p - my set supports it but Apple TV can't play at this resolution I think so it locks up my Puck. Changing it to 1080p solved the problem
