Sky puck is faulty.

One of our sky pucks does not work. We have connected it to 3 of our TV's and it has not managed to maintain any signal on any of our TV's. It has not worked since we have received it and we would like a replacement sent.

Have you tried changing the HDMI cable? This will test to make sure the issue is actaully the puck and not the HDMI cable being used.
