What exactly are you seeing?

 

Have you tried rebooting the puck by unplugging it for a couple of minutes?

Are you based in UK or Republic of Ireland 

 

Channel 5 is UK only.

I only use wired ethernet with Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks
