Cancelling Subscription after initial contract

I always google these things before posting but no results came up perfect so apologies in advance if this has ben answered.

 

my skystream contract runs out 31st Jan & I want to bin the whole thing off. Change of circumstances at home & I over estimated how much football I watch! is there a way to cancel on my contract expiry date? i'm struggling to find anything but the AI chatbot which is no help whatsover

Call Sky to give notice to cancel 31 days before your contract ends.

much appreciated, but i cant even find a bloody number to call!

@rsb772   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There's a Contact Us link at the bottom of this page that gives access to all the telephone numbers😉
