Cancelled uhd and dolby but have been charged

I had uhd and dolby but I cancelled, but now been charged

@Lynne2402 there would be a 31 day cancellation notice on the package, so you would still have to pay for a month from the day you cancelled that pack, unless you were on a free trial and cancelled before the last 31 days on the free period, then you wouldn't be paying for anything.
