Cancellation of monthly rolling sky sports subscription

How do you cancel a monthly rolling sky sports subscription when it is only needed for one month e.g. if I subscribe on 10 July when, and how, do I give notice to end the sunscription on the 10 August?

@Peter5961 You cancel it the same day you set it up as you need to give 31 days notice.
