@Alicelangham Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as that is a PC/Mobile app and is unrelated to Sky Stream.
If you have 2 pucks and you want to cancel one you 1st need to go into your My Sky app and remote Whole Home element. You would the need to make sure the primary puck is the one you keep use and return the other one to Sky.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
