Cancel my sky stream

Hi. I want to cancel my sky stream account. This is possible online????

In years past I sent an email requesting cancellation.

I included my name, address, phone number and account number.

In the email, I gave the date I wanted my service to cease.

Sky replied a couple of days later saying they needed to speak to me re security questions blah blah to action the request. They c

I take the stance, I joined Sky without calling and I'll leave without calling 😉

The following is taken from this Sky link  (with the email removed)

"...  you can email us at ..........   your notice period will start from the date we receive your letter or email."

Once I had sent the email with date of cancellation, Sky contacted me on a number of occassions close to the cancellation date, and I answered when it was convenient for me.
