How can I get some common sense

Please can somebody help me , I ordered sky stream . On reflection I changed my mind . I called back to cancel the order within 45 mins of placing it . I was assured that no order had been placed . Strange as I paid £39 one off charge . I called again to be told the same .  The next day I called a third time only to be told the same thing . In the meantime I receive a text message to say my order has been delivered .  Does any body in this forum have a contact number that will connect me to somebody with more than one brain cell .

Urgh, how frustrating for you. 

Unfortunately we're not allowed to post phone numbers on this forum other than 150 - the number you can call if you have a Sky landline or mobile. You'll need to persevere and try to get to speak to someone who understands your predicament. 

Alternatively, you can raise a formal complaint by one of the means here, this usually triggers them to call you to sort it out.
