Cancel an order

i spent a long time on the phone with a woman yesterday and told her so many times not to send the stuff to my new address.

anyway i am moving in a month and i needed boradband with my bundle but not for another month so she took the future address to order the engineer to come after i move in. 

As i ordered sky stream at the time i told her so many times not to send the steam and puck to the new address as i wont be there.

 

anyway she has and not only that she got a letter wrong in the post code so its not even going to WF wakefield where i will be living but to WS walsall. when it should have been coming to LS leeds.

 

So i cant get through to anyone on the phone or chat for that bloody BOT crap that thinks ut knows what you want.

Theres nothing appeared in  my orders to cancel it so i believe theres a poor guy in walsall gonna get sky stream and will have to pay for it.

anyway i do want that deal she gave me but can i get a decent person that understands whats going on

Hi @Rackaxman 

 

We are all fellow customers on the community you will need to call Sky again. Usually Sky stream is delivered next day, it might be a case that you need to place your broadband order and then add stream once moved in.
