Can't sign into sky store

I can't sign into sky store in sky stream. It's says "There is an issue with the login, Please check your details and try again" has this happened anyone? I got stream a few months ago but hadn't tried to use it yet

You will need to reset your username or password or both. You can do this by visiting sky store online. This has nothing to do with sky stream

I done this, it looked like my account wasn't activated. Then I ordered a movie so it's working fine online. Error was still on my tv app so I restarted everything and I'm still getting the same error

For anybody reading who has the same issue I found from another post someone else having the same problem and that instead of going into the Skystore app, go to the playlist, go to the end and click purchases and you are able to sign in from there and it worked

Everytime it ask me put my surname in it comes back with  message saying error
