I signed up for the free Netflix version through Sky Stream about 6 months ago. Another user in my household has now been asked to log back in to Netflix (we have all been permanently logged in for the 6 months). However, I cannot remember the email address I used when joining Netflix through Sky Stream. When I open the Netflix app on the TV connected to the puck, Netflix has always just opened showing the screen with the Netflix User profiles. There is no option to go to any other menu (I have seen some replies say 'go to the left hand menu, get help and there will be the email address associated with the Netflix account). I can literally only scroll up and down the profiles or add a new profile. There is no other menu.
I need to find the email address to be able to relog in to Netflix.
I am guessing this can be remedied somehow via Sky, as if I go to Netflix, they immediately ask for the email address associated with the Netflix account which, of course, I cannot remember.

In Netflix on your Sky Stream puck, move to the left, using the outer edge of the select button on the Sky Stream remote.
Scroll down to Get help
Select Get help with the centre select button of your Sky Stream remote
Select Member
Your email is the second option shown by Account email

Unfortunately when I click the left portion, the only option I am given is a small pencil icon next to each profile and all that does is to allow me to change the profile picture, name etc. There is no other option anywhere on the opening page

You need to open one of the profiles first, once you go into one of the profiles it will take you to the Netflix Home screen at which point you can access the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

Hover over one of the Profile,tiles and click select.
That will take you into Netflix.

Thank you for your replies. I see it was as simple as clicking on a profile first. Much appreciated for those who took the time to help
