If you're having trouble purchasing Wicked on Sky Store you could try Prime Video instead. You can get it in UHD with HDR on there for the same price as the HD version on Sky Store.

Do you get the same result if you try and purchase the same film via the Sky Store web page https://www.skystore.com ?

(Be sure that you're signed in to the web version of the Sky Store with the exact same user account/email address as you're signed into the Sky Store app on your Sky TV box)
