I have the best wifi package that sky has to offer in my area 150mbps and our new sky stream is struggling to run smoothly without pixalating. Mainly happening while watching day of the jackal on sky Atlantic. It has also happened in a few other channels and netflix.
Why is this happening when the recommended wifi speeds are around 35mbps?
Thanks

Maybe because the puck needs to be enhanced by Sky and that it can cope with high streaming, rather than being told that it's our ISP / network. Like you @TedBarnett my WiFi is 500Mbps

If every Stream user with a high broadband speed had the same issue, you might have a point @Super+Anthony

@Super+Anthony @how do you know the issues are hardware (puck) related and not due to back end issues at skys end ?
