Can’t log into my sky, won’t find my postcode

I have just set up a new Sky account and ordered broadband and a stream box. The lady on the phone told me to then go in and sign in for my Sky app however it's not letting me now. When I try to set up my account it is not recognising my postcode and will not allow me to go any further

Why are you setting up an account a second time if you've already set up and created an order on a new account?
