Can't input my Pin
In setup I'm asked for my Pin but it says it is the wrong pin

Hi @PH100 and welcome to the forum. I have never done this myself but the conventional advice is to unplug your stream puck for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in and start the setup process again and it should bypass the PIN this time.
By default your PIN is the last 4 number of your phone number registered with Sky.
