Set up my remote to work with my Sony TV and it worked fine and the added the Bose sound bar - now because of an audio synch problem I wanted to control just the TV volume but I can't seem to factory reset my stream remote. It still hangs onto the Bose sound bar control. Tried 7 and 9 and 4 and 6 and then 1 and 3 but no success. Even reset the sky stream box but no joy. What else can I do?
